We Are So Excited to Meet You!
Founder, Physical TherapistDr. Kellyn Snow
My name is Kellyn and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with specialized training in pelvic floor physical therapy.
I currently live in Webster, MA with my husband, Tylor, and Australian Shepherd, Denver. In my free time, I try to be outside as much as possible. I enjoy snowboarding, running with Denver, enjoying the lake, or just laying in my hammock with a really good cup of coffee and a book. If I’m not outside, I am usually in the kitchen baking up some goodies.
I never expected pelvic floor physical therapy to become my passion, but during my time working at a large hospital, everything changed. I met so many women who had been struggling silently for years, women asking for what should be the bare minimum of human function and comfort: to exercise without leaking, to have less pain, to feel connected to their bodies again, or simply to make it through the day more comfortably. Seeing how difficult it was for women to find compassionate, thorough care made me realize how deeply this work mattered to me.
That experience is what inspired me to open SóL Pelvic Wellness Studio. I wanted to create a space where women feel truly heard, supported, and cared for, a place where they are treated as a whole person, not just symptoms. Every woman deserves at least that!
When people ask why I chose Webster as the home for my studio, I tell them “it's my hometown”. It’s where I’ve grown up and where I connect with people every day. I wanted to bring beauty into the town and inspire others to do the same. It brings me immense joy to provide care for women in my community and to create a nurturing environment that has been lacking.
I look forward to working together!!

Physical TherapistDr. Sarah O'Hara
Hi, I’m Sarah, and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with specialized training in pelvic floor physical therapy. I live in Douglas, MA with my husband, daughter, and dog.
What drew me to pelvic floor physical therapy was the opportunity to care for women in a more meaningful way. I love being able to look at the whole person, not just a diagnosis or symptom, and help women better understand their bodies and feel more confident in them. One of the most rewarding parts of this work is creating a space where women feel comfortable opening up and supported throughout their healing journey.
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors hiking and exploring the woods around our home, gardening, going out for coffee and pastries, and coaching my daughter’s soccer team.
I look forward to working together!!
