Introducing SóL Pelvic Wellness Studio, pelvic floor physical therapy from the comfort and ease of your home.

My approach

While I have not been through my own birthing experience, I have helped a number of women through theirs. I understand the stressors and changes that arise before, during, and after pregnancy from an unbiased view.

I also very much understand how it feels to be a woman in healthcare from both the provider and patient viewpoint. Too often our symptoms are ignored, excused, and belittled. Here at SóL, you will always be heard. I am here as a source of support so that you can take steps towards better health. Often, women do not consider their symptoms as being important because no one has taken the time to listen.

Sex should never hurt. You should never leak urine. You shouldn’t have to strain to have a bowel movement. You should have tolerable period cramping. Anything else is not normal and can be addressed here at SóL Pelvic Wellness Studio.

Becoming a source of light for you.

When I first began practicing, I noticed a pattern that patients would often refer to me as a “ray of sunshine” or that my room felt like a “little source of sunshine”....hence, the creation of SóL.

SóL stands for “source of light” and that represents the sole mission of this business. I want every single person that trusts me with their care to feel calmed, comforted, embraced, and hopeful.

  • Kellyn Snow PT, DPT

Hi everyone! My name is Kellyn and I am a licensed physical therapist practicing in central Massachusetts. I graduated from MCPHS University with a Bachelor's In Public Health and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. After graduating, I found my passion was helping people with pelvic floor issues.

While I have not been fortunate enough to have my own birthing experience yet, I have seen so many women in all phases of pregnancy. This can be helpful because the care I provide is from a perspective that is not influenced by my own birth story.

I currently live in Webster, MA with my husband, Tylor, and Australian Shepherd, Denver. In my free time, I try to be outside as much as possible. I enjoy snowboarding, hiking, running with Denver, enjoying the lake, or just laying in my hammock with a really good cup of coffee and a book. If I’m not outside, I am usually in the kitchen baking up some goodies.
