Laura is a fitness coach with 13+ years of experience helping high-functioning women feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies without burnout. She believes most struggles come from poor structure—not lack of discipline—and teaches methods that support real life, nervous system regulation, and long-term consistency, especially through motherhood.

What To Expect:
Pelvic Floor Education
Learn how your pelvic floor works and how to integrate it into exercise for better support, strength, and confidence.
30 Minute Workout
The session will combine strength and mobility exercises to help you move well and feel strong. You’ll learn exercises and movement strategies you can confidently bring into your own workouts.
All experience levels are welcome.
